Supporters making the trip to Newcastle for our Premier League fixture on Sunday should be aware of the following information.

A reminder that we kick-off at 4.30pm, with gates opening at 3pm.

Newcastle United’s guide for visiting supporters can be found here.

COVID-19 status certification

Newcastle United will be conducting spot checks of all adult supporters’ COVID-19 status. All supporters attending the match must be prepared to present proof of full vaccination or a negative lateral flow test result in the 48 hours prior to kick-off.

As at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, the best way to do this is by using the NHS COVID Pass via the NHS App. Supporters unable to use the app can present proof of status via an official NHS letter, email or text message in the case of a lateral flow or PCR test.

Supporter Code of Conduct

Supporters are asked to read and agree to abide by Newcastle United’s Code of Conduct which can be found here.

This includes following public health guidance, only attending the match if fit and well to do so and wearing a face-covering in all indoor areas, other than when eating or drinking.

Supporters are asked to arrive in plenty of time and to follow the latest government guidance on staying safe while using public transport, which can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-safer-travel-guidance-for-passengers.

Entrance to the stadium

Visiting supporters will be located on Level 7 of the Leazes Stand and will enter the stadium via turnstiles 91-94. Supporters will be required to climb 140 stairs to get to the visitors’ section. There are 14 landings on the route and stewards will be on hand to direct supporters with mobility issues to a lift.

Bag Policy

Bags larger than A4 size will not be admitted to the stadium. Bags will be searched on arrival at the stadium for security reasons.

In line with the Club's Sanctions & Banning Policy, supporters selling away match tickets above face value will receive an indefinite ban and deduction of all Ticketing Points. Supporters passing on away match tickets equal to face value or less will receive a written warning and a 50% reduction of Ticketing Points.
