Club pays tribute to Jenna Schillaci at north London derby

Tue 30 March 2021, 17:00|Tottenham Hotspur

It was the end of an era last summer as modern-day Spurs legend and former captain Jenna Schillaci retired from football after a remarkable 12 seasons at the Club.

Our skipper during three promotion-winning campaigns, Jenna played an integral role in the progress of Spurs Women as the team rose from playing regional football to reach the pinnacle of the women's game, the Barclays FA Women's Super League (WSL).

Unfortunately, due to the pandemic and fans being unable to attend matches, we have been unable to celebrate Jenna and thank her for her incredible contribution and service to the Club.

At Saturday’s north London derby at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, we were finally able to express our thanks to Jenna for her many years of loyal service.

Jenna joined regular N17 Live host and fellow Spurs fan Ben Haines live in the studio before heading up to the commentary box to join Club commentator Rob Daly for live coverage on our matchday show, N17 Live.

Ben presented Jenna with a framed shirt on behalf of the Club to thank her for her outstanding service.
