Ludogorets v Spurs – how to watch, team news, key information

Wed 04 November 2020, 16:11|Tottenham Hotspur

We take on Ludogorets on matchday three of the Europa League group stage on Thursday evening.

We're second in the Group J standings going into the game, three points behind leaders Royal Antwerp.

Ludogorets are yet to get off the mark in the campaign, having lost 2-1 at home to Antwerp on matchday one before LASK beat them by the odd goal in seven last week.

Here’s all the key information you need to know ahead of the game, which kicks-off at 5.55pm UK (7.55pm local time)...

How can I watch the game?

Thursday’s match is being televised live in the UK on BT Sport 2. Live radio commentary is also available on talkSPORT 2. You’ll find full worldwide broadcast listings here.

Remember, you can also follow the action during the game on Club channels via our live Match Centre, complete with live text and audio commentary, goal alerts and stats. The Match Centre is available on the Spurs Official app and here on tottenhamhotspur.com.

Following last week's order from the Bulgarian Minister of Health, supporters are reminded that Thursday’s match is strictly behind closed doors. Fans should not travel to Bulgaria or attempt to gain access to the stadium in Razgrad.

How will the teams line up?

We’re set to be without the services of Sergio Reguilon, Serge Aurier and Erik Lamela on Thursday night.

Sergio misses out through illness, with Jose Mourinho confirming: “Reguilon is ill, but not the COVID situation, not at all, just ill.

“Lamela has a little problem for quite a few weeks and after the last match we decided it's the moment to stop and have this week plus the two weeks of internationals to give him three weeks to recover fully. Aurier has a little problem, nothing important, but a problem he decided with the medical team that he didn't want to risk.”

Joe Rodon, Paulo Gazzaniga and Gedson Fernandes are ineligible to feature at this stage of the competition.

Who is the referee and what colours will the teams be playing in?

Referee Fran Jović and his team are from Croatia. Ivica Modrić and Hrvoje Radić are the assistant referees, with Mario Zebec serving as the fourth official.

We’ll be in our traditional all-white European kit, with our goalkeeper in orange. Ludogorets play in all green, with their keeper in yellow.

What will the weather be like?

It’s forecast to be a dry day in Razgrad, with temperatures at around 13 degrees at kick-off.
