New vegan options now available at The M

From today (Tuesday 7 January), visitors to The M at the new stadium will be able to enjoy a range of delicious new vegan options to mark Veganuary – an initiative that encourages people to adopt a plant-based diet for the month of January and beyond.

In addition to our existing favourites, visitors can now opt for a homemade vegan wrap or salad of the week, plus an array of vegan-friendly cakes and snacks.

Among the options are:

• Baked sweet potato salad with roasted pine nuts, toasted sesame seeds, spiced lentils, and herby cauliflower.
• Jackfruit shawarma wrap with pickled red onion, chopped coriander, pomegranate seeds and tahini dressing.
• Asian-inspired tofu and stir-fried vegetable salad with soy-glazed broccoli.
• Cumin and coriander falafel, chickpea hummus and pickled rainbow slaw wrap.
• Mixed fruit and seed flapjack, carrot cake with coconut frosting, and raspberry brownie with chocolate and almond milk ganache.

All soup served in The M is homemade and 100 per cent vegan all year round.

Since 2014, Veganuary has inspired and supported more than half a million people in 178 countries to try a vegan diet for January, with many choosing to stick to the diet once the month concludes.

The M’s new vegan offering marks our commitment to catering for a variety of different tastes and lifestyle choices through our menu.

The M is a vibrant space used by media on matchdays and open to the public seven days a week, offering a ‘grab and go’ breakfast and lunch service, as well as hot and cold drinks.

As with all facilities throughout our stadium and its surrounding campus, cash is not accepted at The M. Payments can be made via any major debit or credit card, Apple and Google Pay or a Gift Card purchased within any Spurs Shop.

We are delighted to offer our emergency services and serving members of our Armed Forces a 10 per cent discount on their purchases at The M. Any customers eligible for this discount should present a valid form of service identification or staff pass at the counter.
