Brentford in Carabao Cup semi-finals

We have been drawn at home to Brentford in the semi-finals of the Carabao Cup.

The draw was made this evening (Wednesday 23 December), a couple of hours after our 3-1 win at Stoke City in the last eight.

Manchester United will host Manchester City in the other semi-final.

Our last six competitive meetings with Brentford have all come in the League Cup.

This season, semi-final ties will be one-legged and must be decided on the night.

Ties are scheduled to be played in the week commencing 4 January, 2021. Exact details will be confirmed in due course.

All four remaining teams will be bidding to reach the final, which, as announced this week, has been moved later in the season to Sunday 25 April, in the hope that supporters will be able to attend should the COVID-19 pandemic allow.
