Fri 17 April 2020, 22:28|Tottenham Hotspur
We lined up one of the most dramatic games in our modern history for our ‘live’ match re-run on Friday night - in case you missed it, here's another chance to watch our Champions League quarter-final, second leg against Manchester City in full, a year to the day since it took place at the Etihad!
Leading 1-0 from the first leg at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, what happened next was truly remarkable, incredible – pure box office!
Raheem Sterling's opener for City was cancelled out by a brace from Heung-Min Son, before Bernardo Silva and Sterling hit back for City - five goals in the opening 21 minutes to make it 3-3 on aggregate!
Sergio Aguero scored for the hosts just before the hour mark, but Fernando Llorente bagged a crucial goal for us on 73 minutes to make it 4-4 on aggregate.
Could we hold on to progress on away goals?
Sterling thought he'd won it for City in stoppage time, but a VAR check spotted an off-side in the build-up and we went from deflation to elation in a matter of seconds.
Re-live all the drama in full above, including all the pre-match build-up.
As usual, we provided ‘live’ social media coverage on Twitter @SpursOfficial running alongside the streamed action on Friday evening, just like on a regular matchday.
