Jose: “I deal with it in a natural way. For me, to play against Manchester United is just a game for me. I don’t deny that I was treated wonderfully there. I made so many friends, I have great respect for the fans, but I am Tottenham, I breathe Tottenham, only Tottenham matters for me. It will be a game where I just want to win. My feelings towards them are only positive. I don’t have one single negative feeling. I don’t have one per cent of desire wanting to win that match because it’s Manchester United. No, I want to win the match because it’s the next match for my team, the next match for my Club.”

What does Jose think about this game?

Jose: “Big game, two historical clubs, always a big game and we are both involved in let’s say a difficult situation, because we want more, we want better. I believe it’s the same with them and it will be a good game in a moment where there are lots of matches. It’s the same for everybody. They were clever in that they were already qualified in the Europa League, so they rested all their players in the game at Astana (last week), so they have one less game than us but that’s football. Of course, it will be a difficult match for us, but also a difficult match for them.”

What is Jose expecting from United at Old Trafford?

Jose: “You look to their results against the top teams and they tell you everything. They beat Chelsea twice, home and away (Premier League/League Cup). They are the team who was closest to beating Liverpool, Liverpool drew (1-1) in the last minutes. They beat Leicester, drew against Arsenal. Against the top teams, they have very good results. I think it’s more difficult for them to play against the other teams where they need a different approach, but against the top teams, they know how to play, they are very dangerous, they have creative, fast, attacking players. It’s going to be a difficult match.”

What is Jose looking for in terms of our performance?

Jose: “We need to find a way to try to be alert with their key points, because they have key attacking points that are really important.
