It's business as usual for our players who have not been called up for international duty with a tough session in the September sun at Hotspur Way on Thursday.

After pre-activation exercises in the gym, the players - joined by younger players from our Academy and Under-23s - had ball work and then a series of matches all under the watchful eye of manager Mauricio Pochettino, assistant Jesus Perez and coach Miguel D'Agostino.

Meanwhile, Michel Vorm, Paulo Gazzaniga and Alfie Whiteman were put through their paces by goalkeeping coach Toni Jimenez.
