Pre-season training - day 31

Pre-season training continued at Hotspur Way on Wednesday as the big kick-off draws ever closer.

We're now up to day 31 with summer preparations having started on 9 July.

The players who recently returned from the World Cup were integrated into the main group as the squad went through their usual pre-activation exercises, football drills, Rondos and then a series of nine-a-side matches.

We kick-off our 2018/19 campaign in the Premier League at Newcastle on Saturday (12.30pm).
