Lights off for Earth Hour

Tomorrow from 8.30-9.30pm, major businesses and households throughout the world will be supporting WWF’s ‘Earth Hour’.

It involves all non-essential lighting being switched off for the hour as people across the globe unite to protect the planet and promote sustainability.

The Club has supported the initiative for a number of years now, and darkness will once again fall upon White Hart Lane during ‘Earth Hour’ 2016.

‘Earth Hour’ was famously started as a lights-off event in Sydney, Australia in 2007. Since then it has grown to engage more than 7,000 cities and towns worldwide. To show your support, visit www.earthhour.org
