Younes Kaboul, Gylfi Sigurdsson, Tom Huddlestone and Harry Kane all attended a Tottenham Hotspur coaching clinic arranged for local kids in Baltimore this week.
The ‘Tottenham Hotspur Experience’ saw our Football Development Team lead a two-hour training event incorporating high-standard coaching with the opportunity to learn and develop skills with the flair, fluidity and attacking football style that are the hallmarks of Tottenham Hotspur, free of charge.
The event was sponsored by the Club’s technical partner Under Armour, who are donating the fees to the Soccer Association of Columbia Scholarship fund which will pay for the transportation of youth soccer players to future Tottenham Hotspur clinics, thus making a lasting contribution toward the progress of youth soccer in the region.
Despite the searing heat at the University of Maryland Baltimore County campus, over 100 kids in attendance showed fantastic attitude as well as ability.
After their second training session of the day, Younes, Gylfi, Tom and Harry took the time to see for themselves how the kids were getting on. They then answered questions and signed autographs for those in attendance.
