Season Ticket Update

We have now completed all eight phases of the Season Ticket renewal process for existing holders to reserve their seat at our new stadium for the 2018/2019 campaign. Over 38,000 of you have renewed. In addition to these renewals, many on the original list opted to upgrade to a Premium membership prior to the phases commencing, resulting in an overall take-up of more than 96 per cent.

We should like to take this opportunity to thank you for your fantastic response and co-operation during this time.

We shall shortly begin our sales phase to those that registered for our Local Residents’ Season Ticket Scheme, one of our planning obligations, before registrations closed on 28 February. We have 606 registrations for this.

Thereafter, as we are capping our Season Ticket base at 42,000, we shall then offer remaining Season Tickets to those on our waiting list.

Existing One Hotspur Bronze (now One Hotspur +) members must renew their membership by Thursday 31 May to retain their place on the waiting list and be in with a chance of a Season Ticket. If you are then successful in being offered and purchasing a Season Ticket, the cost of your membership will be deducted from the cost of your Season Ticket.

Given the demand for Season Tickets and the increasingly limited opportunity to claim a place for the first season in our new stadium, we also encourage fans to explore the last remaining Premium options available –click here.

From 10am today (Tuesday), all Season Ticket Holders who have renewed for next season will be contacted to pay the outstanding balance on their selected seat. If you selected your seat as part of a group, each Season Ticket Holder will be able to pay their outstanding balance independently.

Payments can be made using all major credit or debit cards or in 10 monthly instalments via the Club’s Season Ticket financing partner, V12 Finance.

Please be aware that failure to pay your outstanding balance by the deadline of 5pm on Wednesday 16 May will result in you losing your seat as well as your £50 deposit – this shall have no impact upon any other persons who may have selected seats in the same group.
