September Goal of the Month

Here we goal again! The 2020/21 season is in full swing and you now have the chance to vote for our first Goal of the Month of the campaign for September.

There are some key goals in the list, particularly on the UEFA Europa League and Carabao Cup fronts - not least Erik Lamela’s late leveller to take our Carabao Cup tie against Chelsea to penalties and Harry Kane’s header to secure victory against KF Shkendija in North Macedonia. Erik’s opener that night also features.

Heung-Min Son set up Harry’s goal against KF Shkendija, and their partnership has flourished again this season - none more so than at St Mary’s on 20 September, when Harry provided all the assists in Sonny’s four-goal haul in our 5-2 victory over Southampton. That was a first for a Premier League game, and Sonny’s first and fourth goals that day are on the shortlist.
