The four dedicated Access entrances are 1, 5, 13 and 17. All entrances are served by lifts for ease of access to their seats.

Lift operators will be asked to prioritise disabled guests, older guests and those who may be pregnant or have temporary injuries.

There are 66 accessible toilets in the stadium, found throughout the concourses, hospitality lounges and in the flagship shop, Tottenham Experience, situated on the high road. Ambulant accessible toilets are available in each of the public toilets throughout the stadium.

There will be three Changing Places facilities in operation for this event. One in the flagship shop, Tottenham Experience, situated on the high road for use pre-event, one next to block 105 (level 1) in the West Stand and one in the East Atrium.

All seats within the stadium are covered by a radio-based assistive hearing system. The system is designed for supporters who have Telecoil hearing aids, with the ‘T’ setting.

Guests wishing to use this service can sign out a headset from one of our Accessible Entrances (1, 5, 13 or 17). This must be returned to the accessible entrance or a steward on departure.

Hearing loop systems are also fitted at selected catering kiosks and within certain check outs at the flagship shop, Tottenham Experience.

Audio descriptive commentary is available to supporters via the use of a receiver and headset. Guests wishing to use this service can sign out a headset from one of our Accessible Entrances (1, 5, 13 or 17). This must be returned to the accessible entrance or a steward on departure.

The Club welcomes registered assistance animals. There are two dog spending areas on-site, one outside entrance 11 near the North Stand and another in the South Stand. Access to either facility is given on request.

If you are bringing an assistance animal to the stadium or are interested in accessing the dog spending areas, please contact the access team via email access@tottenhamhotspur.com.

Accessible parking for Beyoncé at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium must be booked directly through Ticketmaster, who are managing accessible tickets for this event.

Please be advised that if you have booked accessible parking, you will need to present your concert ticket on entry to the stadium and display both your parking ticket and Blue Badge.

The stadium is served by four train stations:

1. White Hart Lane (London Overground): approx. 5 mins walk to the stadium - that’s more or less 500 steps for those of you with fitness apps
2. Northumberland Park (Abellio Greater Anglia services): approx. 10 mins walk to the stadium and about 1,000 steps.
3. Tottenham Hale (Victoria line and Abellio Greater Anglia services): approx. 25 mins walk to the stadium and roughly 2,500 steps.
4. Seven Sisters (Victoria line and London Overground): approx. 30 mins walk to the stadium and around 3,000 steps.

Please note Industrial action is expected to take place on rail services across the country on Saturday 3 June. Operating train services will be shown on nationalrail.co.uk closer to the event date.

The following train companies will be on strike: Avanti West Coast; Chiltern Railways; CrossCountry; East Midlands Railway; Great Western Railway; Greater Anglia; GTR Great Northern Thameslink; London North Eastern Railway; Northern Trains; Southeastern; Southern/Gatwick Express; South Western Railway depot drivers; SWR Island Line; TransPennine Express; and West Midlands Trains.

Please note on Saturday 3 June, the last trains from the Tottenham area will depart from White Hart Lane station

Please note that some roads closest to the stadium will be closed before, during and immediately after the event to make it safe for spectators, local residents and businesses and to ensure emergency services can access the area.

A number of side roads around the stadium are closed to general traffic access, from 4.30pm until one hour after the end of the event. No vehicles other than emergency services and local residents/businesses or vehicles with the necessary permits are allowed to access the road closure zone.

The stadium currently provides a free pre-booked shuttle bus service, which is accessible and available for all fans. This service provides a high capacity, high frequency service between the stadium and Alexandra Palace (Great Northern Services) and Wood Green (Piccadilly Line) stations.

Coach travel is available from Big Green Coach. Coach services run from the following locations:

Birmingham, Bournemouth, Chelmsford, Colchester, Coventry, Ipswich, Milton Keynes, Norwich and Southampton.

The stadium is well-served by TfL buses, albeit with some services diverted during the road closure period.

Bus diversions will be minimised, so they are back operating on the High Road as soon as possible after the event.

Before and during the event, services that normally run up and down the High Road (149, 259, 279 and 349) are diverted to the east of the stadium at Lansdowne Road, re-joining the High Road at the Northumberland Park junction.

If you’re feeling fit then why not cycle?

We encourage spectators to cycle to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. There is ample cycle parking around the stadium and at the Tottenham Community Sports Centre on the High Road.

There is both on-street and off-street cycle parking provided in the local area around the stadium.

There is no parking available for general admission fans at the stadium.

The road closures also mean that, if you choose to travel by car, you will not be able to exit any car parking facility within the road closure area for one hour after the event finishes.

Therefore, in most cases, we discourage fans from driving to the stadium, so please explore your public transport options before travelling.

Event day road closures prevent spectators from being dropped-off or picked-up close to the stadium. If you need to use a taxi or private hire vehicle, we recommend you are dropped-off and / or picked-up at least a 10-minute walk (0.5m) away from the stadium.
