ONE HOTSPUR TICKET PURCHASING INFORMATION
Now that we have played our first two home cup matches of the season, any further cup matches at White Hart Lane, starting with our Carling Cup tie at home to Blackpool, are only automatically covered by your season ticket if you are a One Hotspur Platinum or One Hotspur Gold member.
One Hotspur Platinum members and One Hotspur Gold members are automatically enrolled on our Cup Guarantee Scheme as part of their membership package. Platinum and Gold members will therefore be charged for any home cup match tickets automatically. We will debit cards used for the Cup Guarantee Scheme no more than one month before each home cup match. Please alert the Ticket Office immediately if your credit or debit card details have changed in any way.
Supporters are advised that the payment process for the Blackpool fixture has now been completed. Any Gold member whose payment details are incorrect will have to purchase their seat for the Blackpool match between midday on Monday 8 October and 5.00pm on Wednesday 10 October. Any effected One Hotspur Gold member that has supplied an email address will be notified shortly if there has been a problem with processing payment for the Blackpool match.
One Hotspur Silver members will NOT receive their usual seats automatically. One Hotspur Silver members can however still upgrade to One Hotspur Gold membership, which will automatically enrol them in our Cup Guarantee Scheme. This can be done quickly and easily online, by CLICKING HERE, activating your One Hotspur online account, and visiting the ‘My Account' section. Becoming a One Hotspur Gold member is the easiest way to securing tickets for all remaining home cup-ties this season following the Blackpool match. This includes our matches in the Group stages of the UEFA Cup and, possibly, home matches in The FA Cup later in the season.
Alternatively, One Hotspur Silver members can book their home cup-tie tickets match-by-match online. Booking your seat online is the simplest and fastest way to secure your seat.
For a step-by-step guide for how to purchase your match ticket online please CLICK HERE... - (press open to view straight away).
For each home Cup match, there will be a limited priority period for One Hotspur Silver members to purchase their seats. The priority period will be at least two days for each match, but we will aim to have it open a little longer wherever possible. This largely depends on the amount of time between the match being announced and the match date. We would also remind all One Hotspur Silver members that in order to book match tickets online you must first activate your One Hotspur online account. You can do this by visiting CLICKING HERE and hitting the 'Activate One Hotspur Account' button.' This can be done at any time and we recommend One Hotspur Silver members do this prior to tickets going on sale.
Any seats that have not been taken up after the priority period for One Hotspur Silver members will be released for sale to One Hotspur Bronze and One Hotspur Lilywhite members followed by a general sale should any tickets remain.
Finally, every effort will be made to ensure that One Hotspur Platinum, One Hotspur Gold and One Hotspur Silver members receive their usual seats for all cup matches. However, regulations for each cup competition require us to set aside different size sections of our Stadium for away supporters and different areas for competition owners. In such circumstances, it is possible that your regular seat may not always be available. Where this occurs, the Ticket Office will do its best to seat you as close to your original seat as possible or in an equivalent position. However, for reasons outside of the Club’s direct control, this may not always be possible and we would therefore ask all One Hotspur members to be patient should this situation occur. The Ticket Office staff will do their best to re-seat in the best available position but they are required to follow the regulations of the competition and may not have as much flexibility to help you as they or the Club would like.
Update, September 8...
TICKET EXCHANGE SCHEME
The online facility for our Ticket Exchange Scheme is in the final stages of testing and we are hopeful that it will be ready for use within the next fortnight.
In the meantime, One Hotspur Season Ticket Holders can still put their seat up for resale in the event they are unable to attend a fixture at White Hart Lane. Once a match is sold out, any seats that have been released via the scheme will be put up for sale.
If a Season Ticket Holder wants to release their seat, they can either call the Ticket Office on 0844 499 5000 or email the Ticket Office ticketoffice@tottenhamhotspur.com putting TICKET EXCHANGE and the match in the title. On request, their seat will be released for the match in question.
If the seat is resold, the voucher for that match should be returned to the Ticket Office along with a covering note stating whether the refund should be put against next season's Season Ticket renewal or onto a credit card. If it should go onto a card, the card number should be written on the back of the voucher.
Supporters will be able to find out which voucher to return by checking Ticket Office Today after the match.

MESSAGE TO SPURS FANS FROM TICKETMASTER
Ticketmaster is aware that a number of Spurs supporters have experienced difficulties with the new online and telephone ticketing solutions implemented by the Club for the 2007/8 season.
In particular, the Club has made us aware that fans have experienced problems with viewing their loyalty points, making web payments, and have been frustrated by delays to the implementation of the ticket exchange service.
These issues have led to an exceptionally large volume of telephone calls and e-mails to the Club's Ticket Office which in turn has led to reduced levels of customer service from the Club as they have struggled to respond to so many queries as quickly as supporters would ideally like.
Ticketmaster's primary objective is to offer all Spurs supporters a first class service and we therefore deeply regret that this has not been achieved so far this season. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused supporters and we are confident that all early season glitches have now been resolved or are being given priority attention at this time.
Please be assured that Ticketmaster will continue to work closely with the Club's Ticket Office team to respond to any supporters affected by the recent issues and to ensure that Spurs supporters do not face similar problems in the future. Thank you for your patience over recent weeks and for your continued support for the Club.
IMPORTANT CHANGES TO AWAY MATCH ALLOCATING PROCESS
Season Ticket Holders are reminded that the rules for the allocation of away match tickets using loyalty points has changed for the 2007/08 season.
When demand for tickets exceeds availability tickets will continue to be allocated to those Season Ticket Holders with the highest loyalty points. However, this will be done on individual points totals and NOT the Group Average as in previous years. This is to ensure that the tickets do go to those with the most points and the loyalty system delivers on its main purpose. You are still able to apply in groups and the successful applicants in each group will be allocated seats together.
For example, if three Season Ticket Holders apply and they have 500, 300 and 175 Loyalty Points respectively for a match where tickets are only allocated to supporters with 200 or more points, only the first two applicants will be allocated a ticket.
THOMAS COOK COACH TRAVEL
Over the summer we have agreed arrangements with the Club's Official Travel Partner, Thomas Cook, to operate the official coach travel to our domestic away matches.
You will be able to book online by visiting the Thomas Cook website http://www.thomascooksport.com/tottenhamhotspur and enter your details including your new Client Reference number.
Alternatively you can book your coach travel over the phone by calling 0870 752 0924 (office hours are Monday-Friday, 9.30am-5pm). In the event that you are unsuccessful with your match ticket application you will be refunded your coach travel automatically.
