Jose Mario Rocha took the lads through their warm-up before Andre Villas-Boas ran a number of football routines as the squad prepares for Sunday's North London derby against Arsenal.

The session ended with a five-a-side competition, won by young goalkeeper Luke McGee, Lewis Holtby. Zeki Fryers, Benoit Assou-Ekotto and Mousa Dembele.
