Harry Redknapp insists we need to beat Stoke at the Lane tonight - Wednesday, March 21, 7.45pm.
We go into the game on the back of three-successive defeats but still sit third in the Premier League after our outstanding campaign so far.
It could be quite a night as our rivals for third – Arsenal and Chelsea – travel to Everton and City respectively.
"We need to play and we are ready to play,” said Harry.
"It will be a very tough game and we need to be ready to play, if we are not, then we will be in trouble with Stoke, that is for sure.
"We have had a run of not good results, but they have not been bad performances.
"We are not playing badly, but we need a result and want to be in form.
"If we don't win, then things are really getting a bit tight. It has closed up and we have to make sure we try to pick up three points."
Harry said on Tuesday that the lads had been buoyed by Fabrice Muamba’s improvement in hospital.
"There is still a long way to go, but things are moving in the right direction and we will keep our fingers crossed for the boy,” he added.
