Emmanuel Adebayor is available but Michael Dawson and Gareth Bale are both sidelined for Thursday night’s Europa League match against Panathinaikos.
Ade last started against Lazio in Europa League Matchday Five and having sat out the Premier League wins against West Ham, Liverpool and Fulham through suspension, returns to the fold for Matchday Six at the Lane.
Gareth and Michael unfortunately both limped out of Saturday’s win at Craven Cottage with hamstring injuries.
“Michael is making good progress, although it’s early days,” said Andre. “Ideally, he will be in contention for the Swansea game.
“We have to be a little more cautious with Gareth and wait and see, but hopefully he’s not that bad. We might see him available for the Stoke game.”
Benoit Assou-Ekotto, Scott Parker and Younes Kaboul remain out, although both Benoit - who took part in training on Wednesday - and Scott continue to move ever closer to a return. “They are both making good progress,” added Andre.
