The lads produced their best football of this Under-20 tournament to clinch second spot in the group.
They now face Eintract Frankfurt in the semi-final in Monthey on Saturday with the second semi-final between Real Murcia and Sporting Club de Portugal. The final follows on Sunday.
Sevilla took an early lead on Friday but were swept aside with three goals in 10 minutes from Joe Martin (2, pictured) and Ryan Mason. Sevilla reduced the lead to 3-2 on the hour of the 70-minute match before Mason's second goal sealed it five minutes from time.
Coach Alex Inglethorpe reported: "We actually went a goal down inside two minutes but equalised after 10 when Joe Martin did well from a tight angle following Tomas Pekhart's effort. Ryan Mason finished from distance after some good build-up play soon after and then Joe Martin scored from another corner, this time heading home.
"We played some really exciting football in the second half, created many chances, didn't convert them and Sevilla made it 3-2 on the hour but we soon made it 4-2 when Ryan Mason converted a cross from Andros Townsend.
"I was delighted with the performance - we played some great football."
Spurs: Button, Smith, Hutchins (Obika, 65), Kasim (Mtandari, 50), Martin, Butcher, Hutton, Livermore, Pekhart (Olsen, 50), Mason, Rose (Townsend, 60).
