Heung-Min Son led the way on another memorable afternoon at Stoke City on Saturday.
April's 4-0 victory in the Potteries was seen by many as our best performance of last term and the second half this time around matched it - as we matched the scoreline again.
It was a game to tick all boxes. Victory, of course, Son's first Premier League double for Spurs, Harry Kane's first of the season - and 50th Premier League goal for us - and Dele Alli's first this term as well.
Add a clean sheet return for Hugo Lloris and Ben Davies - two of three changes made by Mauricio Pochettino, alongside Son - and it was no wonder our travelling fans were in buoyant mood as they left the stadium. Christian Eriksen also played his part with assists for the first two goals and there was a debut off the bench for Moussa Sissoko.
To get us rolling, Son dispatched a fine volley for 1-0 just before the break and then curled a beauty into the top corner 10 minutes into the second half. We dominated from there, Alli swept home after a breakaway and Kane capped it all from Son's low cross.
