Inside the Stadium

All you need to know

The Stadium

The stadium has nine floors – Levels 1, 2, 4 and 5 are accessible to our general admission fans.

Our stadium has prided itself on creating the ultimate matchday experience, providing fans the ability to visit all areas and places of interest regardless of where you are sitting.

Around the concourses are areas for pop-up experiences, including promotions and competitions, Legend appearances and other selected entertainment.

Lift Policy

Use of lifts is restricted to those who are on our Disability Access Scheme or possess a Lift Pass.

Access to lifts for all other fans will be at the discretion of stewards should there be available capacity.

Cashless Payments

We are proud to have a fully cashless stadium for increased speed of service and improved hygiene.
Payments can be made using the following methods:

  • All major contactless debit and credit cards - the payment limit is £100
  • Mobile and wearable payment, including Apple Pay and Google Pay - this method supports high-value contactless payments

Increased Hygiene

Additional hand sanitiser stations have been installed throughout the concourses that we encourage fans to use, as well as in all washrooms. We also encourage fans to bring their own hand sanitiser with them if possible, in bottles no larger than 50ml.

Enhanced cleaning measures – including infection control fogging, electrostatic spraying and disinfecting – will be taking place pre, during and post-event.

Safeguarding

If you have concerns for your safety or the safety of others around you, please speak to one of our stewards (who will be wearing high visibility jackets). They report directly to the stadium Safety Team and are able to access specialist assistance quickly if required.

Please note that children under the age of 14 must attend under the care and supervision of a responsible adult for the full duration of their time in the stadium. This is to ensure their wellbeing and safety.

Young people (age 14-18) are permitted to attend unaccompanied. However, should the need for help arise, our stewarding team will be available to respond under the guidance of the matchday safety team.

Attending with Children

All supporters who enter the stadium are required to have an individual ticket and seat. For avoidance of doubt, this includes babies in arms. For Under 18s who do not have a compatible mobile device to which they can download their digital tickets to, then please refer to our Digital Ticket FAQs for further guidance.

Lost children

All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. However, if you become separated from your child, please notify the nearest steward immediately, providing as much detail as possible (name, age, appearance, place last seen).

If attending with a child, we strongly recommend that they wear a wristband that can be collected from one of our Fanbassadors upon arrival. These should be clearly marked with the adult’s name, contact telephone number and seat location.

We also suggest that you agree clear meeting points both inside and outside of the stadium, making clear to your child that, if you become separated, they should approach nobody other than a steward.

Baby changing

There are several changing facilities within the stadium, situated either inside one of our accessible toilets or one of our medical rooms. Please speak to a steward once inside, for your nearest one.

Push chairs

There are no facilities within the stadium for storing push chairs.

No Smoking Policy

Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is not permitted inside the stadium.
