Aaron has worked within our Barnet & Southgate programme for a number of years after finishing his studies as a student. Since joining the Club, Aaron has worked on a number of Domestic and International Player Development and Coach Education programmes within Europe. Aaron has also gained experience coaching at Academy Development Centres identifying players aged 6-8 years old.
