Vastly experienced with an in-depth knowledge of the women's game, Karen Hills served Charlton Athletic as a player before moving into coaching.
She took over at the helm of Tottenham Hotspur Women - then known as Spurs Ladies - in 2007 when the team was competing in the London and South-East Regional Premier Division.
Since that time, she has led the team on a meteoric rise through the women’s football league structure, to the point where we are now competing in the Barclays FA Women’s Super League (WSL) – the top level of the women’s game.
Guiding the team to two promotions in three years alongside Head Coach Juan Amoros, one of Karen's highlights was overseeing an incredible quadruple-winning season in 2016/17, where we won the FA Women's Premier League Southern Division and the subsequent play-offs to earn promotion to tier two, in addition to the FA Women's Premier League Cup and the Ryman Women's Cup.
Karen and Juan guided us to a seventh-place finish in our first season in the WSL in 2019/20, with the duo winning the division's Manager of the Month award in September, 2019, during what was their first month managing in the top flight.
In September, 2020, they signed new contracts with the Club until 2022.
