Born: 01 December 2000 (London, England)
Defender Brooklyn Lyons-Foster was born in Archway and brought up in Enfield, where he attended St Ignatius School.
Although right-footed, he plays either as a centre-back or left-back and enjoyed a tremendous first full season with our Under-18s in 2017-18, playing 21 times at that level, starting four games in the Under-19 UEFA Youth League and stepping up to play five times for the Development Squad, where he looked calm and assured among his older team-mates.
Unfortunately, his season was cut short by an ankle injury in the Under-18 Premier League Cup Final at Chelsea in March, 2018, but he returned in time to feature in the Under-19 Terborg Tournament in Holland at the end of May.
An England Under-17 international, he played three times for our Under-18s in 2016-17 while still a schoolboy. His sole start came against Aston Villa in February, featuring as a substitute against the same team in May and also against Derby County.
