Contending with the high heat and humidity of Louisville, Kentucky, Head Coach Rehanne Skinner put the players through their paces in a lively session at the Lynn Family Sports Vision Training Centre ahead of an intriguing tie with Verdy.
The Japanese side are one of the top sides in WE League, finishing third in the table last season, while, like us, they are also midway through their preparations for the new term - a stark contrast to Sunday's opponents Club America, whose sharpness was clear, with the Mexican outfit currently seven games into their domestic campaign.
