It’s our last Women’s Super League match before the October international break on Saturday as we travel to Aston Villa in the day’s early kick-off (12.30pm UK).
The hosts will be looking to put their first points on the board this season after three consecutive league defeats, albeit two of those were inflicted in stoppage time.
Opposite them, we’ll be targeting a third league win on the trot and fourth in all competitions.
Here’s all you need to know ahead of the match...

Press Conference: Vilahamn speaks to media ahead of Aston Villa
What is the team news?
Robert Vilahamn has no fresh injury concerns for us following last weekend’s 3-1 victory at Brighton.
That means only the sidelined duo of Bethany England (hip) and Ellie Brazil (ACL) are unavailable for selection.
Hosts Aston Villa are without the services of Kenza Dali, but youngster Georgia Mullett has recovered from illness and could feature in their matchday squad.
Who is the referee?
Lauren Impey will referee Saturday’s match, assisted by Levi Gray and Laura Van Lier.
Phoebe Cross will be the fourth official.
What colours will the teams be playing in?
Aston Villa will wear claret and light blue shirts, claret shorts and light blue socks.
Their goalkeeper will don an all-black strip.
We’ll be in our home kit on Saturday – Lilywhite shirts, navy shorts and white socks – with our goalkeeper in the alternate yellow strip.
What will the weather conditions be like?
Saturday’s game takes place in Walsall – it’s due to rain all morning in the area and that will continue into the match with light drizzle. Temperatures should be at around 11 degrees.
