Gallery: Work continues on training camp
The Women’s first team stepped up their preparations this week ahead of the 2024/25 Barclays Women’s Super League campaign.
Following a 6-1 victory over London City Lionesses in their opening game of their pre-season programme, the squad are now spending the week at a training camp and spirits were high in the first session.
Everything is now being geared towards our first game of the WSL campaign at home to Crystal Palace on Sunday 22 September.
However, Robert Vilahamn’s side still have a run of friendlies to come, starting with Southampton on Thursday before facing Feyenoord (Wednesday 11) and Manchester United (Sunday 15) next month, with two further undisclosed warm-up fixtures. All games will be played behind-closed-doors.
