Martin Ho and team receive LMA Performance of the Week award

Martin Ho and the team have received the Everest League Managers Association’s Women's Performance of the Week award.

The accolade recognises our impressive 7-3 victory against Aston Villa at Villa Park last Sunday.

It was a display worthy of one of the biggest stages in English football as Martin Ho's team racked up 27 efforts at goal, with first goals for Signe Gaupset, Maika Hamano and Julie Blakstad.

We found immediate answers when Villa responded in the contest - Cathinka Tandberg fired in for 4-2 seconds after Villa made it 3-2 and she was there again for 6-3 two minutes after Villa replied for 5-3.

An LMA panel selected our display in B3 as the best across fixtures in the WSL and Women’s Super League 2.
