Mark Robins has injury concerns over a number of players ahead of our Carabao Cup third round tie at The Coventry Building Society Arena on Wednesday evening (8pm UK).
Ben Sheaf, Tatsuhiro Sakamoto, Joel Latibeaudiere and Josh Eccles all have question marks over their participation. Midfielder Sheaf and winger Sakamoto are back in training after picking up ankle injuries - Sheaf in pre-season, Sakamoto ahead of the last international break.
Speaking on Tuesday, Robins told ccfc.co.uk: "Ben and Tatsu have been training. They will train again today, and we will see how they are. It’s nice to have them back on the grass and every day that goes by they’re getting closer and closer and that’s a real positive for us."
Defender Latibeaudiere suffered cramp in City's 1-1 draw against Watford in the Championship on Saturday while midfielder Eccles suffered a shoulder problem at Vicarage Road. Robins told the media: "He's has got a shoulder problem where he landed funnily, so we'll have to see how he is."
