Spurs Women midfielder Angharad James scored the second goal of the game as Wales beat Northern Ireland 4-1 on Thursday night.

She played the full 90 minutes while Esther Morgan, who is on loan at Sunderland, played the first 77 minutes.

Rosella Ayane played all of Morocco’s 2-0 friendly defeat to Czech Republic, and Nikola Karczewska featured in the first half of Poland’s 2-1 win against Costa Rica.

Asmita Ale was an unused substitute as England Under-23s beat Portugal 3-2, while Celin Bizet wasn’t included in the match day squad for Norway’s 4-2 loss to Spain.
