Travel information for fans attending Saturday’s Guns N’ Roses concert

Tue 28 June 2022, 09:50|Tottenham Hotspur

Fans attending Saturday’s Guns N’ Roses concert at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium are asked to take note of the following travel information.

Disruption to Greater Anglia rail services

• Industrial action will be taking place on Greater Anglia services on Saturday 2 July. As a result, Northumberland Park station will be closed. Minimal services will operate via Tottenham Hale prior to the concert. No services will operate after the concert.
• Fans are advised to use Tottenham Hale for the Victoria line and White Hart Lane for London Overground services from and to central London.

Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is highly accessible by public transport:

- On Saturday it is served by three stations (White Hart Lane, Tottenham Hale and Seven Sisters) providing access to London Overground, London Underground, Greater Anglia services and numerous TfL buses.
- Free high-capacity shuttle bus services to and from the Piccadilly line at Wood Green and Greater Northern services at Alexandra Palace connect the stadium with other nearby stations and train services.

There is ample cycle parking around the stadium. Walking routes to and from the stadium to stations and coach parks are all clearly signposted. Stewards will also be on hand to answer any questions.

Wherever fans are travelling from, particularly if they have never been to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium before, we recommend using this detailed travel advice with the information below to plan their journey in advance. It includes:

- Travel advice for all major hubs and transport lines, including the Elizabeth line.
- Details of the three major stations in the area, including maps with walking times to the stadium.
- Details of the shuttle bus service to Piccadilly services at Wood Green and Great Northern services at Alexandra Palace.
- Information on accessible parking and transport.

Stations

Information on the location and distances from the stadium to each of the three stations serving the area can be found here.

Tottenham Hale

Access to the Victoria line and interchange between London Underground and reduced Greater Anglia services is available from Tottenham Hale. Please note, no Greater Anglia services will operate after the concert.

Tottenham Hale is a fully accessible station.

Operating train services will be shown on www.nationalrail.co.uk from Friday.

White Hart Lane

London Overground services will operate four trains per hour in both directions, all consisting of eight carriages, before and after the concert.

Fans travelling to Liverpool Street post-event are advised that Tottenham Hale services have less capacity and frequency to those from White Hart Lane.

White Hart Lane is a fully accessible station.

There will be two late night services from White Hart Lane to Seven Sisters and then Liverpool Street departing at 12:15am and 12:25am that may not appear in the online journey planners.

Northumberland Park

Due to industrial action the station will be closed all day on Saturday 2 July.

Seven Sisters

Victoria line services will be operating every two to three minutes in both directions before the concert. After the concert the service frequency will reduce from every three minutes at 11:15pm to every four to five minutes until 12.00am and then every 10 minutes from 12.15am.

Fans using the Victoria line should depart at Tottenham Hale rather than Seven Sisters as it is a shorter distance to the stadium.

Fans are advised to avoid the interchange to London Overground services from Seven Sisters as it is likely to be very busy.

Post-event

More than half of event attendees are expected to depart the Tottenham area via the Victoria line. Queues can be expected at the High Road entrance to Seven Sisters station and at White Hart Lane station for southbound London Overground services. Queuing at White Hart Lane may take 45-60 minutes to board a train.

Only Victoria line services will operate from Tottenham Hale station, which will be less busy than White Hart Lane and Seven Sisters stations.

Queue management

Queue management systems will be in place at all stations. Fans are asked to respect and work with staff at our stations.
