Information for fans travelling to Burnley

Supporters making the trip to Burnley for our Premier League fixture on Sunday should be aware of the following information...

Travel disruption and subsidised coach travel
Due to planned engineering works in the area, rail replacement bus services will operate between Preston and Burnley, affecting supporters travelling by train from London. Supporters intending to travel by train are advised to plan their journey in advance.
As a result of this disruption the Club is offering subsidised coach travel via domestic travel partner Big Green Coach.
Return travel is £10 and remaining places can be booked here.
COVID-19 Status Certification
There is no requirement to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result to gain entry to the stadium for this match. However, Burnley will be carrying out COVID-19 vaccination spot checks around the stadium.
As at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, the best way provide proof of vaccination status is by using the NHS COVID Pass via the NHS App. Supporters unable to use the app can present proof of status via an official NHS letter or email.
Supporters may be asked by Burnley staff to complete a COVID-19 vaccine questionnaire for Premier League research. There is no obligation for supporters to participate in the research.
Supporter Code of Conduct
Supporters are asked to read and agree to abide by Burnley’s Code of Conduct which can be found here.
This includes following public health guidance - only attending the match if fit and well to do so and wearing a face-covering in all indoor areas, other than when eating or drinking.

Entrance to the stadium
The visitors’ entrance is located in the Barnfield Construction Stand at Turf Moor.
Accessibility
Accessible toilets are available in the visitors’ section, though please note, this does not include changing places facilities.
Disabled Supporter Assistants will be present in accessible viewing areas along with Tottenham Hotspur Access Stewards should any support be required.
Refreshments
Concessions in the visitors’ section will be serving food, hot and cold drinks and alcoholic beverages.
Cashless payments
Turf Moor is a cashless stadium. All major debit and credit cards are accepted.
Flags & banners
Flags and banners are not permitted in the visitors’ section at Turf Moor.
Bag Policy
Small bags and backpacks are permitted at Turf Moor, providing they are small enough to fit under a seat. Bags will be searched on arrival at the stadium for security reasons.
Unauthorised use of tickets
Supporters are reminded that the unauthorised reselling or passing on of tickets is strictly prohibited. In line with the Club's Sanctions & Banning Policy, supporters selling away match tickets above face value will receive an indefinite ban and deduction of all Ticketing Points. Supporters passing on away match tickets equal to face value or less will receive a written warning and a 50% reduction of Ticketing Points.
Supporters unable to attend
Supporters unable to attend the match should contact the Ticket Office as soon as possible - email - ticket.office@tottenhamhotspur.com. The Club shall make best endeavours to reallocate tickets to other eligible supporters and issue refunds upon receipt of originally issued tickets.
