West Brom v Spurs – how to watch, team news, key information

Sat 07 November 2020, 21:09|Tottenham Hotspur

Our final match before the November international break takes place on Sunday lunchtime as we take on West Bromwich Albion at The Hawthorns.

Promoted back to the top flight this year after two seasons in the Championship, the Baggies are without a win in their opening seven games of the Premier League campaign.

We have a 100 per cent record on the road domestically so far this term and will be aiming for a third straight league victory for the first time in 2020/21.

After of the 12pm kick-off, here’s all the key information you need to know...

How can I watch the game?

Sunday’s match is available to purchase on Sky Sports Box Office in the UK, kick-off 12pm. Live radio commentary is available on talkSPORT. Check out the full worldwide broadcast listings here.

You can also follow the action during the game on Club channels via our live Match Centre, complete with live text and audio commentary, goal alerts and stats. The Match Centre is available on the Spurs Official app and here on tottenhamhotspur.com.

How will the teams line up?

Jose Mourinho hinted before Thursday’s Europa League victory against Ludogorets that Erik Lamela is unlikely to play before the international break, effectively ruling him out of the trip to the West Midlands.

Full-backs Sergio Reguilon and Serge Aurier will need to be assessed after missing the midweek win in Bulgaria.

Sam Field and Hal Robson-Kanu are sidelined for West Brom, who will make a decision on Dara O'Shea after he missed their past two matches with an ankle injury.

Our former midfielder Jake Livermore could line up against us, while the Baggies also have veteran defender Branislav Ivanovic in their squad, the 36-year-old having played under Jose during his time in charge at Chelsea.

Who is the referee and what colours will the teams be playing in?

Andy Madley will be the referee at The Hawthorns on Sunday.

West Brom will be in their usual dark blue and white stripes, while we’ll be playing in our yellow third kit for the first time in the Premier League this season.

To mark this period of Remembrance, our shirts will be emblazoned with the Poppy, as they were for the 2-1 home win over Brighton last week. All match-worn shirts will be signed and auctioned to raise funds for the Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal.

What will the weather be like?

It’s forecast to rain for much of the morning leading up to the game on Sunday.

Come kick-off time, there’s expected to be light rainfall, with temperatures at around 12 degrees.
