Harry, Sonny and Jose nominated for Premier League awards

Harry Kane, Heung-Min Son and Jose Mourinho have been shortlisted for October’s round of monthly Premier League awards.

Harry and Sonny were our goalscorers-in-chief with two goals apiece in the stunning 6-1 win at Manchester United on 4 October, before both hitting the target again - Harry twice - in the 3-3 home draw with West Ham a fortnight later.

Each one got an assist apiece in both games, before Harry set up Sonny for the decisive goal in our 1-0 win at Burnley on 26 October, the South Korean international's header taking his tally to a divisional high of eight goals for the season.

Consequently, both players are up for the Premier League's EA SPORTS Player of the Month prize, along with Southampton's Che Adams, Conor Coady of Wolves, West Ham's Pablo Fornals, Jack Grealish of Aston Villa, Chelsea's Thiago Silva and Manchester City's former Spur Kyle Walker.

Having overseen our unbeaten Premier League stint in October, Head Coach Jose has been nominated for Barclays Manager of the Month.

He faces competition from Southampton boss Ralph Hasenhuttl, West Ham’s David Moyes, Dean Smith of Aston Villa and Nuno Espirito Santo of Wolves.
