Lewis Holtby paid tribute to Jurgen Klinsmann after scoring his first goal for Spurs in the Europa League against Dinamo Tbilisi back in August, 2013.

Signed from Hamburg in January, 2013, the German midfielder marked his stunning strike with a Klinsmann-style celebration dive, made famous by Jurgen during his first campaign at the club almost 20 years earlier. A German international, Holtby went on to score three times for us in 45 appearances in all competitions.

We won the play-off in style - 8-0 over the two legs - with Jermain Defoe also on target twice in this second leg at the Lane. At the time, JD's double moved him up to sixth overall in the Club's all-time goalscoring list. He's still there with his 143 goals in 363 appearances.
