Gallery – players enjoy handball and netball session

In a recent recovery session at Hotspur Way, the players put their hands to two different sports.

As part of their regular training programme, between their intensive football and fitness-focussed sessions throughout the week, time on the training pitch is also set aside for the first team to recuperate with less-taxing drills.
