New Supporters’ Clubs join the Spurs family!

Tue 14 July 2020, 12:06|Tottenham Hotspur

We should like to extend a warm welcome to seven new Official Supporters’ Clubs that have joined our Spurs family.

Abuja Spurs from Nigeria’s capital city, Costa Rica Spurs from Central America and Sarawak Spurs from Malaysia have all recently come on board. The latter will work closely with Malaysia Spurs, one of our most well-established clubs in Asia.

Meanwhile on European soil, our fanbase continues to grow in Cyprus, where Cyprus Spurs has split into four regional clubs – Larnaca, Limassol, Nicosia and Paphos.

The formation of these new clubs, which cover four different continents, takes our ever-growing number of clubs worldwide to 278.

We are extremely grateful to all our fans, both in the UK and abroad, for their incredible support throughout these challenging times, and we are delighted to welcome our newest Official Supporters’ Club members to the Spurs family.

Clubs continuing to support their local communities in the face of COVID-19

On top of their existing charitable work, we are proud of the ways in which our Official Supporters’ Clubs are supporting their local communities during the COVID-19 pandemic.

• Members of our clubs in Thailand – Burapha Spurs, Nonthaburi Spurs, Thonburi Spurs and Thailand Spurs – have raised £2,500 for vulnerable people by selling face coverings and auctioning Club memorabilia.
• They have also worked with our Official Partner AIA to distribute 300 bags of food and essential items to those affected by the pandemic in Thailand.
• Hong Kong Spurs have donated 125 SIM cards to underprivileged students in the region’s Southern District, who need help accessing technology to support home learning.

We want to hear more great stories about how your club is making a difference in the local community.

Submit your stories and photos to Supporters.Clubs@tottenhamhotspur.com and we’ll cover them across Club channels.
