Information for fans travelling to Middlesbrough

Middlesbrough have put together a guide for visiting supporters which provides information on travel planning and facilities at the Riverside Stadium. We recommend that all supporters attending our FA Cup third round tie on Sunday read the guide before setting off for Teesside.
A reminder that kick-off is at 2.01pm.
Entrance to the stadium
Gates open at 12.30pm and visiting supporters are located in the East Stand of the Riverside Stadium, entering via turnstiles 53-61.

Fan Zones
Middlesbrough’s Fan Zone is located at the front of the stadium, near the Ayresome Park Gates, and is open to visiting supporters.
Payment at the Riverside
All major debit and credit cards (excluding Amex) are accepted at The Riverside Stadium. Please note there are no cash machines at the stadium.
Supporters travelling by coach
Cleveland Police have requested that all coaches travelling to the match from the south arrive at a specified rendezvous point (detailed below) between 12pm-12.30pm before making the final stage of the journey, approximately 20 minutes, with a police escort.
This is a standard practice at Middlesbrough and is in place to ensure coaches arrive and park at the stadium in plenty of time for kick-off.
