Forward Angela Addison has received her first call-up to the England Women’s National Under-21 Team for back-to-back friendlies against France next month.

The exciting young talent has scored four goals this season, including a hat-trick against Lewes in the Continental League Cup and her first goal in the Barclays FA Women’s Super League (WSL) in our 2-2 draw against Everton earlier this month.

Against Brighton & Hove Albion last Sunday (23 February) in our 1-0 win, it was Angela who won the penalty for Rianna Dean to convert as we sealed three more valuable points in the WSL.

The 20-year-old will join up with Rehanne Skinner’s squad for the first time next Tuesday (3 March), alongside her Spurs team-mates Dean and Chloe Peplow, who have both been called up for the Under-21s once again as they prepare to take on France on Thursday (5 March) and Sunday 8 March at St George's Park.

Ria Percival will join up with the New Zealand team who travel to Portugal to take part in the Algarve Cup next week. The Football Ferns face Belgium in their opening game on Wednesday (4 March), with Denmark, Germany, Italy, Norway, Portugal and Sweden also competing in the Cup.

Emma Mitchell and Hannah Godfrey have been called up to the Scotland Women’s National Team to take part in the Pinatar Cup in Spain next week.

Emma returns to the Scotland squad having impressed with us following her loan move from Arsenal in January, with two spectacular goals in three league starts.

Meanwhile, Hannah is in Shelley Kerr’s squad for the second time, having scored on her first appearance in a 5-0 victory against Albania in Euro qualifying in November.

The Scottish duo will play Ukraine on Wednesday (4 March) and Iceland on Saturday 7 March before finishing off in Spain with a clash against Northern Ireland on Tuesday 10 March.

Anna Filbey, Josie Green and Megan Wynne, who is currently on loan to Bristol City, have been named in the Wales squad to face Estonia in a friendly on Friday 6 March at the Racecourse Ground, Wrexham.
