A couple of firsts, a couple of belters - and a 3-1 win the last time we played Fulham at home in the Premier League in August, 2018.
The firsts came via Harry Kane - his first August goal in the Premier League - and Lucas Moura, who also provided one of the crackers for his first goal for us in the Premier League. Kieran Trippier delivered the other, a beautifully-flighted free-kick to hand us back the initiative at Wembley.
We started well and deserved our lead when Lucas pinged home a curler with his left foot just before half-time. But momentum shifted after the break, Fulham hit the post and then a certain Ryan Sessegnon set-up Aleksandar Mitrovic to equalise on 52 minutes.
Trippier curled home his free-kick from 25 yards to hand us back the lead on 74 minutes and Kane delivered the knockout blow three minutes later.
It was soon to get even better for Lucas with a two-goal salvo as we toppled Manchester United 3-0 at Old Trafford a week later, and the Brazilian would leave an indelible mark on the Club with his hat-trick against Ajax to take us into the Champions League Final the following May.
