Fans attending Saturday’s match against Crystal Palace (kick-off 3pm) will experience new and upgraded facilities at White Hart Lane station for the first time on a matchday.

The new entrances will provide quicker and easier access for those using the London Overground station for home matches and other event days at our stadium. There is more circulation space within the station and more of the platforms are covered.

Please note due to ongoing works on the lifts, the station is not yet fully accessible. Northumberland Park has step-free access, as do the National Rail platforms at Tottenham Hale.

Fans intending to travel to White Hart Lane station are advised to take note of the following key points with regards to how the new-look station will operate:

• The old station entrance and staircases are no longer in use – all exit and entry to the station will be via the new entrances on Love Lane.
• If you are travelling Southbound towards Liverpool Street after the match, head for Whitehall Street off the High Road (opposite our West Atrium entrance) and join the queue.
• If you are travelling Northbound towards Cheshunt/Enfield Town after the match, turn onto White Hart Lane from the High Road and join the queue on the left-hand side of the road.
• Please take note of fixed and digital signage directing you to the station when leaving the stadium and adhere to the advice of stewards. For more detailed information, view our detailed walking route map.
• Do not attempt to jump over barrier lines into queues.
• If queues are halted to reduce overcrowding on the platforms, please be patient with stewards. ‘Stop and Hold’ operations work to reduce the length of time you may be required to wait to catch your train and are only possible with your co-operation and support.

Please bear with us as we allow the new station operations to bed in. Although the station has been upgraded, the new rolling stock has not yet been introduced and train capacity remains the same.

There will be an enhanced matchday frequency of 12 trains per hour each way serving Northumberland Park on Saturday, compared to six trains per hour at White Hart Lane, including four trains per hour each way between Northumberland Park and Stratford.
