Toby Alderweireld marked his 94th cap with a rare international goal as Belgium beat Scotland 4-0 in Euro 2020 qualifying on Monday night.

It was only Toby's fourth goal for the Red Devils as he rose well to head home a corner to make it 3-0 in the first half at Hampden Park. Jan Vertonghen also started and earned his 116th cap as Belgium made it six wins out of six at the top of Group I.

Anthony Georgiou, currently on loan at Ipswich, was also in Euro 2020 qualifying action for Cyprus and provided two assists after coming on for the start of the second half of a 4-0 win against San Marino. Jack Roles, also on loan at Cambridge United, was an unused substitute for Cyprus.

Christian Eriksen's Denmark were held to a goalless draw in Georgia on Sunday night to make their task a little tougher in Group D. They remain unbeaten alongside the Republic of Ireland and Switzerland with ROI currently top.

There was a welcome first start of the season after injury for Ben Davies. The full-back earned his 48th cap for Wales in a 1-0 friendly win against Belarus in Cardiff.

It was a busy day for England's youth teams. Oliver Skipp was an unused substitute as the Under-21s beat Kosovo 2-0 in European Championship qualifying in Hull. Jack Clarke scored a late, late winner for the Under-20s in a friendly against Switzerland. Currently back on loan at Leeds, Jack headed home Luke Bolton's cross in the 93rd minute. Japhet Tanganga also started. Luis Binks and Paris Maghoma both started as England Under-19s suffered a 1-0 friendly loss in Germany.
