Fri 06 September 2019, 11:00|Tottenham Hotspur

Christian Eriksen scored twice and set up another two goals as Denmark beat Gibraltar 6-0 in Euro 2020 qualifying on Thursday.

The playmaker took his tally to 29 goals in his 90 caps with two penalties as Denmark stayed unbeaten and second in a tight Group D with Republic of Ireland and Switzerland also battling for top spot.

Heung-Min Son captained South Korea to a 2-2 friendly draw against Georgia in Turkey. Earning his 82nd cap, Sonny provided the assist for the first of Hwang Ui-Jo's two goals at the start of the second half.

Giovani Lo Celso started for Argentina in a friendly against Chile in Los Angeles in the early hours of Friday morning UK time. Earning his 20th cap, Giovani was involved in one of the best chances of the game for Paulo Dybala in the first half before being substituted on 53 minutes. It ended 0-0 at the LA Coliseum.

Four of our younger players were on England friendly duty. Japhet Tanganga started and Jack Clarke, currently back on loan at Leeds, came on after 66 minutes as England Under-20s drew 0-0 against Holland at Shrewsbury. Luis Binks and Paris Maghoma were unused substitutes as England Under-19s beat Greece 3-1 at St George's Park.
