Register your interest in 'The Showdown'

Saracens v Harlequins - Saturday 28 March

Wed 23 October 2019, 16:00|Tottenham Hotspur

Fans can now register their interest for tickets - including our Premium offerings - for the hugely-anticipated clash between Saracens and Harlequins in rugby's Gallagher Premiership at the new stadium on Saturday 28 March (3pm).

Billed as 'The Showdown' between two of rugby union's most storied teams – Saracens were formed in 1876, Harlequins in 1866 - this represents the first match in a five-year partnership with Saracens that will see them play their annual showpiece fixture here at Spurs.

Reigning Gallagher Premiership champions, Saracens clinched the double by also lifting the European Champions Cup last season. They have won the Premiership five times and the European Champions Cup three times, more than any other English team.

Saracens have eight players representing England at the Rugby World Cup in Japan and six - skipper Owen Farrell, Elliot Daly, Jamie George, Mako and Billy Vunipola and Maro Itoje - started in the 40-16 quarter-final win over Australia in Oita last Saturday. England now face New Zealand in the semi-final in Tokyo on Saturday. Liam Williams is another Saracen in the semi-finals in Japan, representing Wales, who face South Africa on Sunday.

Harlequins, meanwhile, finished fifth in the Premiership last season. They have won the title once in 2012 and have two players with England at the World Cup, Kyle Sinckler and Joe Marler. Sinckler scored a key try against Australia on Saturday.

This is your chance not only to watch some of the biggest names in world rugby go head to head, but to witness history again with the first rugby match at the new stadium, following the first NFL matches held earlier this month.
