Information for fans travelling to West Ham

Supporters travelling to the London Stadium for our Premier League derby against West Ham are advised to arrive as early as possible for the 12.30pm kick-off on Saturday.

Gates for our fans open at 11am.

West Ham have produced a guide for away fans - including maps and facilities, accessibility guidance and general matchday information - available via the link below.

Fans should follow signage and directions from stewards on exiting the stadium.

Key notes - travel

There is no parking available for this fixture.

There are no scheduled engineering works on the London Underground services that serve Stratford.

Please note:
- Greater Anglia’s Hertford East, Cambridge and Stansted Airport services will operate as normal

The following Greater Anglia services are disrupted:
- Bishop’s Stortford to Stratford will divert to Liverpool Street. Supporters for Stratford should change at Liverpool Street and make their way from there
- Southend Victoria services will have a bus replacement in operation all day between Southend Victoria and Shenfield
- Norwich, Ipswich, Clacton-on-Sea, Colchester Town and Braintree will have a bus service between Colchester and Marks Tey

Arrival

Supporters are advised to arrive via Bridge 4, where a search policy will be in operation.

Entry to the stadium is at Gate D, in the South West corner.

Bag policy

Supporters are discouraged from bringing bags to the London Stadium, but small, A4 size bags will be admitted, following a search.

Permitted and restricted items

Full lists can be found here but a guide on what can and cannot be admitted to the stadium is below:

Permitted items:
- Bags complying with the above bag policy
- Blankets
- Plastic bottles with tops removed
- Thermos flasks
- Seat cushions
- Small, compact umbrellas

Restricted items:
- Large bags and backpacks
- Glass bottles
- Large, golf umbrellas
- Video cameras
- Laser pointers
- Musical instruments
- Alcoholic beverages

Anti-social behaviour

Supporters witnessing anti-social behaviour are encouraged to report it via West Ham United’s hotline on 07860 404 069 with the following key words:

BLOCK - ROW - SEAT
FOUL – Language and behaviour
RACISM – Racist chanting or shouting
HPH – Homophobic chanting
DRINK – Drinking alcohol in view of the pitch
SMOKE – Smoking in the stadium
STAND – Standing up
PYRO - Pyrotechnics
