Villa/Newcastle/Palace Sold Out – Ticket Exchange now open

Tue 16 July 2019, 15:21|Tottenham Hotspur

Our first three home Premier League matches of the season have now sold out to One Hotspur Members having gone on sale yesterday.

We should like to take this opportunity to thank our fans for another incredible show of support.

Members who have been unsuccessful in purchasing a ticket for any the fixtures during our designated sales windows can now take advantage of Ticket Exchange.

Season Ticket Holders are currently listing tickets for the matches they are unable to attend on this platform and will continue to do so right up until the day of each match.

We therefore strongly advise Members still hoping to purchase a ticket for any of the following fixtures to keeping checking Ticket Exchange for availability:

- Aston Villa: Saturday 10 August, kick-off 5.30pm
- Newcastle United: Sunday 25 August, kick-off 4.30pm
- Crystal Palace: Saturday 14 September, kick-off 3pm

Simply log in to your e-ticketing account, click on the fixture you would like to purchase a ticket for and click Ticket Exchange.

Any Member that purchases a ticket via Ticket Exchange will have the seat details automatically loaded onto their Stadium Access Card upon purchase.

Given all three fixtures sold out during the Members’ sales phases and have not reached guest or general sale, please note that only Members are able to purchase via Ticket Exchange at this stage.

We should also like to remind any Season Ticket Holders unable to attend any of the above fixtures to list their seat for sale on Ticket Exchange to give as many fellow fans as possible the chance of getting a ticket.

Tickets will be listed for sale at face value plus a £4.50 admin fee, to be paid by the purchaser of the ticket.

A ticket can be removed from Ticket Exchange by the Season Ticket Holder at any point until it is sold. Once the seat has been purchased on Ticket Exchange, your Stadium Access Card will be deactivated for this fixture. To take advantage of Ticket Exchange, Season Ticket Holders must log into their e-Ticketing account to list for sale. If you wish to list a family member’s seat for sale, you must be at Managed Level within ‘My Network’.

If the seat sells, Season Ticket Holders will be notified by email and will receive a credit of the ticket face value into their e-Ticketing account. The credit from the sale will be deducted from the cost of your Season Ticket renewal for the 2020/21 season, or the funds can be withdrawn throughout the season using our Cashback service during allotted timeslots.

Season Ticket Holders are also able to take advantage of our Ticket Share platform for all three fixtures from 3.30pm today. Find out more.
