Mauricio Pochettino has indicated that Paulo Gazzaniga will remain in goal for our Carabao Cup semi-final against Chelsea.

We take on the Blues for a place in the final over two legs with the first leg at Wembley on Tuesday evening (8pm). Manchester City face Burton Albion in the second semi-final.

Paulo, 27, has started all of our domestic cup ties this season including all three rounds of the Carabao Cup so far against Watford, West Ham and Arsenal. He saved two penalties in the shoot-out win against Watford in round three.

Mauricio told us on Monday: “Paulo played from the start of the competition against Watford at Milton Keynes, then against West Ham at the London Stadium and then against Arsenal at the Emirates. I think it’s normal that he’s going to play tomorrow.”
