Conti Cup match dates confirmed

Spurs Women have learned their fixture schedule for this season's Continental League Cup.

Last month's draw placed us in Group D along with Chelsea, Crystal Palace, Lewes, West Ham and Reading - and we now know we'll kick-off in the competition at home to the latter side on Sunday 22 September.

Our full fixture list for the group stage of the competition can be seen below.

The top two teams from each group in the competition will go through to the knockout rounds.
