Today (Monday 11 June), the new Leader of Haringey Council, Cllr Joseph Ejiofor, paid his first visit to the Club since his election last month.
Accompanied by our Chairman Daniel Levy, Executive Director Donna-Maria Cullen, Haringey’s Chief Executive Zina Etheridge and Assistant Director of Regeneration and Planning Helen Fisher, Cllr Ejiofor took an in-depth tour of the new stadium site and Percy House – the home of the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation.
The new stadium will be the largest capacity football club stadium in London, creating a new sports and leisure destination for the capital, a new home for the NFL and a hive of activity 365 days a year, a new museum, an innovative Skywalk, 21st century retail experiences, first-class conference and banqueting and high-quality leisure facilities including restaurants and a hotel – and will attract in excess of two million visitors per year.
