Your Say: Player of the Month

Mon 05 March 2001, 12:00|Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

It's time to have your say again and nominate a Player of the Month for February.

January's winner was Gary Doherty - has our strapping centre half-cum-striker done enough to merit back-to-back titles! He was particularly influential in the stirring FA Cup fightback at Charlton, but there are other contenders.

Sergei Rebrov: Back on the goal trail at the Valley and scored the goal that secured our first away win of the season against Manchester City at Maine Road.

Neil Sullivan: Three clean sheets in February as the big goalkeeper maintains his superbly consistent form.

Luke Young: Back from injury in an unfamiliar role. Still looking a class act and played his part in three successive wins during the month.

Ledley King: Switched from middle to back and now back in the middle again. Outstanding whatever position.

Oyvind Leonhardsen: Was back to his best, scored against Charlton and provided the pass for Sergei's strike against City before being cruelly cut down against Stockport.

Sol Campbell: The skipper looked his usual assured self in February's productive run of games.
